PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES WILL REQUIRE AN EXTRA $10-45 IN EXTRA SHIPPINGH FEES ON TOP OF YOUR SHIPPING TOTAL
IF POSSIBLE PLEASE SHIP TO A WORKPLACE OR ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS TO KEEP SHIPPING FEES LOW AND TO SPEED UP SHIPMENTS
Chris's House will send you an e-mail/phone you to confirm shipping details and order detail to guarantee accuracy and proper street address
Returned shipments will incur a $40 transit fee and return shipping issued by the carrier. This applies to all shipments sent from Chris's House

we ship all packages within 2 operational business days {usually same day} of order received.
Lost and Damaged items are always handled on a case by case scenario
Tracking info is automatically sent to you via e-mail and you will be able to follow your order all the way to your doorstep. Carriers have different methods of order tracking however most are fantastic and work properly.

Ontario & Quebec residents approx 2-5 business days
all other provinces and territories 3-8 business days

*What affects a slower-than-usual order delivery time? Weather, Postal Strikes, Forrest Fires, Construction etc.
**Also note that in high volume shipping times, Novemeber 15th- January 15th delays can be expected with all carriers, expedited shipping does NOT mean you will get your goods any faster than standard. Chris's House wants to see you have your cars and parts as fast as possible, however we are not the shipping carrier and work within the ecosystem we all have

Shipping returns are due to no signature/ undeliverable will be returned to us and be reshipped to you at an additional cost for both return shipping to us and the cost to reship your order back. This can be very costly and we recommend being very careful when completing your order. We also recommend reaching out to us IMMEDIATELY if a potential delivery address will occur.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance to ensure reliable delivery. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
