Shown in 1988 at the Pairs Motor show, the Yamaha FZR750R was a street-legal version of the dominant YZF750 race bike. It was fitted with a 4-stroke DOHC 4-cylinder 5-valve engine with titanium conrods and enlarged exhaust ports, and featured an aluminum Deltabox frame and race-spec suspension unit. High quality FRP fairings were a perfect match for the FZR750R's top notch performance. The 1,000 that were made were snapped up quickly by motorcycle afficionados.

This kit features transparent cowling parts that are molded in 2 parts like on the full-size bike. The 4-stroke engine features details such as carburetors and radiator.

Vinyl tubing is included to depict ignition and brake cables. Small screws are used to secure cowlings. Synthetic rubber tires feature realistic tread patterns.

Includes high quality Cartograf decals with an an updated B5-size double sided pamphlet with color photos and new painting guide.
