1/48 F-22 Raptor

The F-22 Raptor is an air superiority fighter of the United States Air Force. Developed
as part of the Advanced Tactical Fighter program as a successor to the F-15C Eagle, it belongs to the same fifth-generation jet fighter group as the F-35 and the Su-47 Berkut experimental aircraft.

The defining feature of this aircraft is its world-class stealth capabilities.
Its radar cross-section is said to be about the size of a small bird, making it virtually undetectable by the radar of fighter jets in flight. Furthermore, it is capable of supersonic cruising (supercruise) without afterburners. All weapons are stored in weapon bays within the fuselage, and
the doors are opened only when needed to launch or release the weapons.

The kit meticulously recreates the radar-absorbing sheets and the surface details of the aircraft.
The cockpit, air duct interiors, weapon bay interiors, and landing gear bay interiors are precisely detailed with separate parts. The wing flaperons can be positioned in either the down or normal position. Two types of VT (thrust vectoring) nozzles with different mounting angles are included.
One seated pilot figure (with two helmet options) is included. The weapon bays, a highlight of this aircraft, can be displayed open or closed, and the kit includes two AIM-9X missiles and six AIM-120C missiles.
