The outfitting parts have been newly researched and redesigned. By incorporating multiple slide mechanisms into the molds, we've accurately reproduced the intricate details of the 1/700 scale.
We proudly present the reborn, more precise 1/700 scale warship (full-hull model) series.

Atago entered service as the second ship of the Takao class heavy cruisers. She fought in the Southern Operations and the Third Battle of the Solomon Sea, but was sunk by a U.S. submarine during the Battle of Leyte Gulf in 1944.
This kit reproduces Atago as she appeared in 1942, before she was equipped with radar and numerous anti aircraft guns, in 1/700 scale plastic model form.
The parts layout focuses on essential elements, making the kit simple, easy to assemble, and accurately detailed. Newly designed components for various fittings, including high angle guns and machine guns, are also included.
