1/72 F-14A Tomcat (Atlantic F.S.)

The F-14A Tomcat is a carrier-based jet fighter of the United States Navy. The F-14A uses the AWG-9 (pronounced Augnine) fire control system to track up to 24 targets (enemy) and can simultaneously attack six of them with Phoenix missiles.

The F-14A also employs unique variable-sweep wings.
These wings are computer-controlled to maintain the optimal variable angle at all times.
For example, when the speed decreases, the wings spread to increase lift.
Conversely, at high speeds, the wings fold to reduce drag.
Also, when flying over an aircraft carrier, the wings fold to avoid obstruction.
