1/72 F-15C Eagle 'U. S. A. F. '

The McDonnell Douglas F-15C Eagle is the main fighter aircraft of the United States military.
In December 1969, the U.S. military selected McDonnell Douglas as the next main air superiority fighter to succeed the F-4 Phantom II.
The resulting F-15, despite being slightly larger than the F-4 Phantom II, is lighter due to the use of composite materials.
Equipped with a powerful engine and the latest electronics, it boasts superior flight performance and combat capabilities.

The F-15C model, which has been in production since May 1980, features improved fire control systems, enabling multi-purpose simultaneous search and track operations. It also has increased internal fuel capacity, addressing issues with the A and B models. Furthermore, it can accommodate canoe-shaped conformal fuel tanks on the sides of the fuselage.
