The F-16C Fighting Falcon is a jet fighter aircraft of the United States Air Force.
It was developed to complement the F-15 Eagle.
The F-16C is an evolution of the F-16A, featuring increased armament capacity and
enhanced electronic components.
A major feature is the new AIM-120 air-to-air missile
, which became available with the C model. This missile allows for the simultaneous attack of multiple enemy aircraft.
The F-16C is also deployed in Japan, at Misawa Air Base in Aomori Prefecture, and
can be seen at air shows throughout the country.
