These are titanium damper shafts that can be used to replace standard chrome shafts in many of Tamiya’s shock absorbers.

The titanium coating increases the surface hardness of the shock/damper shaft. It prevents scratches of the damper shaft caused by sand and dust, thereby maintaining smooth movement of the damper all the time.

A long lasting and scratch free damper shaft will also prolong the life of the O-rings used in the damper body cylinder.
